There was a time when nothing beats the thrill of down shifting to gear 2 and revving my manual Honda Civic. That little 1.8 VTEC engine was like an old friend. As generations moved on, I now discovered the BYD Seal, and let me tell you, it’s a new paradigm driving a full electric vehicle. The silence is incredible. It has become my personal sanctuary where I can lose myself in meditation, or get lost watching the magical worlds of Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki on the infotainment. Escaping to the park or the beach to recharge has never been so peaceful…. moments of pure bliss.
